We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email carrie@sparklefantasycosmetics.co.uk .
We will refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-sellable condition.
Due to EU hygiene regulations we can't refund, replace or exchange makeup returned in non-saleable condition.
Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.
